It certanly is Jim. Here is an updat on the progress, whioch is not final yet. I asked Wolmar for some advise and he recommend to use nuts and bolts for scale 1/24 is easier to work on. I have some M3 nuts and bolts which I can use. Drill a few holes and cut some M3 thread will do the job
