You might remember I did several of these in one go a while back.

As I had a box of leftover parts, I tried to compose another one,

Here the sprayed main parts.

The white is from Action (sorry Theo), and the other colour seems black, but there is some fine 'flaking' in it.

When placing the seats the model would be very black.......

Let's see if I can make a complete model out of the parts I have. There were two front light units. Both of them had a light missing.

I could try to glue a light on, but the structure would be very weak.

Here both units.

I decided to dremel both units and 'joint' them together.

Excellent solution for the headlights. I would not want to glue one on. The white is bright and maybe a tan would have suited it better but that is just my choice. It looks good as it is now and the couple is on their way to pick up the girl who is probably their daughter. Off to dinner at the club tonight.

Good job Kees, and as Jim wrote "Excellent solution". Now about the flaking of the black paint: Action sells also metallic black paint. The difference on the caps is very hard to see. So my guess is you bought a metallic black instead of a regular gloss or matte black. I did the same once....

Thanks, this is the black/flake paint I used, Action again, 2 euros. You can clearly see the flakes on the lid.
