The headlights are plastic and I used my Chrome spray on them. Works really well.
The pin that hold the grill in has spiral ribs running the length of the shank. The pin for the Rolls Royce Silver Wraith has two raised ribs, on on either side. They just press in. I use my carpet tack remover to take them out and then I don't use them again as the replacement grilles have a crooked hole and I have not tried to re drill then.

I guess you do not need the Bentley grille pin either if the replacement grille for that is like the Silver Wraith, or is that one different?

No, the hole it goes into is not straight and the grille will sit at a funny angle. I just glue them in. I have a nice collection of Wraith grille pins and three point pressure washers that hold the pin in. Now I add the Bentley one to that collection. I have one more just like it. LOL
