<p>The 'legs' of plyers Theo, for bending the hook. The hook itself is in a 'nijptang' as we call it. It is a small grip plyers, to hold the hook. With the other one I bent it.</p>

<p>No idea where the wheels came from. They are metal with rubber tyres. I have a lot of tyres, wheels and axles in stock. These are complete units. The spare is about the same as the others.</p>

Those wheels could come on many cheap toys. I am sure they are from one of your boxes you showed us a while ago. There were lots of different wheels and hubs in there.
