If I study the photo carefully I think the rear LP is erased. To me it looks like a scale model tbh

Yes as it looks like it is sitting on a cast iron table. You can see the design if you look closely.
Nice camera shooting Keesie. it does look real but is quite orange to be your car.

It is easy for modelers too look for something like a give-a-way like the table. I don't doubt you fooled the Mustang club as they would not be looking for that.
