Here's where you can discuss all general diecast stuff - mystery items, ask who made a model of a particular car, ask for info about an obscure manufacturer or chat about anything else related to vehicles smaller than 1:1 scale!

Again, it occured ot me the bigger one has a more rounded hood, and the front windows are more square. Here is one of mine:

Two Daf models by Lion cars ('after 2000') The London Sydney Marathon one in the rear is a Daf 46, the front one a 33 ( I am not sure, it does not tell on the base). It was a special one for 15 years IBN groep (I do not have info on that)

There you are, I didn't know that a Daf competed in the London to Sydney.

Oh yes they did. Just google  London Sydney Marathon Daf and you will find plenty of info.
Here three Corvettes from Road Signature.

What about these Ford GT40's.

The black one is Del Prado, no opening parts

The Gulf one is Univeral Hobbies, no opening parts

The white one is Universal hobbies. It has an opening rear, and wierdly enough the doors were sealed by the paint. I broke the paint carefully, and now the doors open! I have about six of these (see the white transporter thread), and they all had sealed doors which could be opened.......

The gold/red one is from Bang. It has an opening rear, and as I opened it up once, a front lid which can be taken out, but only from the inside!

That is different. I have never heard of a car being painted shut before.
Only from the inside, eh, Pity.

Jim, the white one opens fully, with hinges and all. The golden one, with the front lid, it can be taken out as a panel, it has no hinges.

Here two Fiats, no opening parts. The white one is a 500 from Solido. The grey one a 600 from an unknown make. The white one is slightly bigger than the grey one. The white one is 1:43, the grey one unknown, most probably 1:48.

I am sure there are more members who can think of some nice combinations. Here another one, two Chevrolet models 1957, no name. I looked it up, they are Bel air models, although it does not say on the base.
