New out in the US, not sure about Europe, This front end is definitley based on a Bedford CA van . Note that the front end is a seperate casting for some reason. Although the rear appears to be plastic

I guess this split gives them the chance to graft on a Leyland or Ford nose and all types of rear bodywork from easy access panel truck to luton box to canteen....
Looks like a great casting!

The front part is metal. It is the only metal part, as the rear body is plastic.

One could assume the chances of a different nose job, though it seems they wanted to include some metal as well.

Yes most of them are nearly all plastic these days.

I think they\'re more likely to use different rears - the chassis is also metal.

I have a blue one. and only part of the chassis is metal.

could easily confuse the design ad an \'A\', but I figure there was a last minute design change to keep the nose metal.

Compared to the old Dunlop van, News van and Milkfloat, its nice they brought this old classic back into the mainstream.
