This model by Classic Models is the Rolls Royce Phantom VI, code named Oil Barrel (misleading the nosy press in thinking it was under construction for an oil sheik).

This one was a gift from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders, celebrating Lilibet's silver jubilee (25 years on the throne) in February 1977. Unfortunately the car was not ready at that specific occasion. The copy of the letter says it all. Final delivery was 29th March 1978.
This model shows the car with a cover on the rear window, used when more privacy was required.

That letter is a great document. And the car looks superb!
