That is modern technology for you. Takes all the fun out of an old toy. Still, like you say, they are a great model and the ones I have here are very nice and I am glad to have them in my collection. I would collect more but they do not ship to Canada. Saying that, the cost of shipping one of these trucks to Canada would be almost as much as the cost of the model.

You guys are correct . I got a notice that my email had been recieved . Never got a responce. So I guess I can oogle from a distance .

Excellent set of logs. They will look better than resin ones and the resin ones can lay in a pile waiting for the next truck.
You are right on the windows. I guess it was just the angle of the shot before.
There is quite a difference in the loader bars for centering the tailer, quite obvious in your picture.

Hi, the bars are OK. Atlas chose to reproduce the first type with squared off bars, whereas the original Dinky shown is the later second type with the pointed ones. Kind regards, Jan

Mine arrived today but I have yet to find some nice straight gum tree "logs" to replace the resin ones.
