Very sad news for Moto GP. Marco Simoncelli has died after being hit by two bikes ripping his crash helmet off.

I caught this on the morning news today. Tragic to say the least. Looked to me as though he was already down on the ground when the other bikes hit him. HE must have been doing a good clip. They said he had gone down on the corner.

I did see this tragedy on the News.

Yes, I read it. It's been a sad period for motor racing recently. Not too long ago danish racer Christian Bakkerud was killed in the UK in a road accident. Then Dan Wheldon, british Indy car racer was lost and now Marco Simoncelli.

May they all rest in peace.
