A number of my models suffer from damaged or missing bumpers. So if replacement bumpers are not around you would need to create the bumpers yourself and I was wondering what was the best way to do it.


For the below Corgi Ghia I used a staple as a core with some milliput around it. I remember that it took a lot of sanding to get it to a decent shape. Are there better or quicker ways to do it?

I sometimes use a paperclip as a base and create a bumper around it

Crafting and styling in bog (body filler) is an art in itself.
