It depends on your own view I guess but I think there are full size that can be classified as Muscle Cars

Dinkydi, Like I said, the Magazines jump on it and the advertizing takes over. Then it becomes what you want it to be.


             Mid sixities = mid size, now anything. I don't know...... 


            That makes it  "CLEARERER"

This is a very interesting thread. IMO, my definition wouldn't include any car produced prior to 1960, but I would extend it all the way up to the past couple of decades. I consider the Buick Grand Nationals from the 80s to be muscle cars, the Impala SS's from the 90s, as well as the Mercury Marauders from the early 2000s. I would also include all of the Australian Falcons and Holdens.
