I did say I had realised Siku did a 1:87 range and here are my first two

John Deere log Harvester, 1:87

John deere forwarder, log transporter with grab loader, 1:87

These are cool and would look good in Oldtruck56's train set up. Put them in the mountains falling and carting the logs. I think the first one is called a faller/delimber. It is too small to be a buncher. The second one's arm is referred to as a Cherry Picker.

looks like oldtruck56 might have more vehicles than trains.

I do have more vehicles than trains. I reset the HO layout to fit the era of trains I am running. Steam engines (unless it's excursion train) get vehicles from the 30s to the mid to late 50s, early diesel era for my layout falls into the 60s and 70s and late steam is anything from the 90s through current use. Three sets of vehicles, and it may be broken down even more with the new HO resin cab conversions I've found. Lots of modern trucks being released, so I can do a set of new millennium trucks as well and run a couple 4400ACs with some intermodal unit trains. Lots of possibilities.
