New diecast, new direction, same old Coral Drive, for a new decade...
Near Miss Leads to Another Mishap

Too bad almost everyone is focused on that GT-R that crossed the line, and almost went head on with that Ram head on.

Well, there is a beach buggy heading toward the beach sitting at the light. and I see an open top sand dune Jeep sitting in the parking lot. Some are trying to get beach ready but still a little cold this time of year, even in Mystic Beach.

As always, THANKS for your interest- and following along:
Roll With the Punches on Coral Drive
Or in this case, a Ford F-150 traveling at 28 miles an hour.

Luckily, due to the speed, momentum, size of the vehicle, as well as the point of impact, the victim is unlikely to be launched into the air.

In many cases, unfortunately, this results in the victim being struck by other vehicles.

Then again, getting run over doesn't exactly make for a fun afternoon either.

Has Anyone Seen That Pedestrian?
The driver of the Ford pickup knows he hit something, but it was all a blur...

As the crowd of concerned citizens and onlookers closes in, it's starting to sink in.

We'll have to see how this turn's out, but for now, let's go across town to look back at the Xmas Camp IN:
Calvacade of Christmas Camp-IN
No idea what to do with the rug rats during Christmas break?

Bring 'em on down to the Mystic Beach Family Fun Center for non stop holiday happenings.

Try the build your own sugar free ingredients gingerbread house seminar, or enter the artificial only Charlie Brown Xmas tree contest.

and then on to an excerpt from the last Rides & Refreshments Car Show for 2019:

Cream of the Station Wagon Crop
If white was just too plain Jane, you could always go with wheat, or ivory, or even beige.

I don't think Candelwood Creme or Dubois Tan was an option back in those days.

Don't forget about the faux wood paneling though... nothing says class like wood grain.

For those that couldn't make it down for Not So Wicked Wagons, you might be able to see Classic Truck Town:

Welcome to Classic Truck Town 2020
What better way to kick off a new decade of car shows than with a cavalcade of classic pickups...

Beat the Early Birds, See the Blues, Do Brunch
Your best bet is to skip starting the day with a bowl of Vintage Truck-O's, see all the classics, and then head for the breakfast buffet.

You can sit behind the wheel and try out the roll-up windows on more than a few beauties before most people even roll out of bed.
