Two boxed, rather large, diecast vehicles by Chad Valley. The black car is marked on the box as Police Car. The blue one is marked as traffic control car. You may just see the paper stickers on the boxes. Both are clockwork. And an unboxed (did it come boxed?) Rolls Royce Police car, also clockwork.

They must be very heavy!

The blue car with the loudspeaker on the roof is not the 'Police' car version, but the 'Traffic control' version, which I supose in most respects was used by officers of the law!!
