My favorite Mercury are from late 50's to early 60's.

Here is a Fiat 1100 Nuova.

To notice the headlights that are parts and not painted ones, as are the Fiat truck ones.

Some rare models there Corky, we seldom see these in the UK. Its nice to know an Italian toy company were allowed to make one of Italy's favourite car makes.

Now if only we had a company in the UK that could do the same thing!!

I looked on Wikipedia (don't know why I did not earlier) and found this.

Fiat 850 Spider — At the same time as the Coupé, Fiat also introduced the convertible sporty two-seater Spider, with the original 843 cc engine tuned to produce 49 hp (37 kW) which allowed it to reach a top speed of 145 km/h (90 mph).

Some very cute and nicely detailed models shown here Corky. Thanks for sharing these, as Kevin said wish stuff like this was easy to get over here too.
