Heritage House Wooden Kits. 10 years, 7 months ago #1

Platinum Boarder
Stage Coach. No 71. Hand crafted in Japan for Heritage House San Francisco USA. How old would the kit be. Never been opened, this fine wooden educational fun for all ages kit of the Old West.

No scale on box although this wooden kit model looks like about 1/18th scale.

Does anyone remember these kits.

Directions and other kits of the same theme.

How to put the wooden model together.

Enjoy this blast from the past.

I built a beer wagon kit like that in the late 80s. I bought it from the hobby shop that I went to from early in my school days in the late 60s early 70s. I had an after school job there, and remember dusting the kits off. The scale was 16th if I remember correctly, and along with the beer wagon, I bought 4 wooden horses. The kit came with \"gimp\" reins, and the harness material pre cut to hitch the teams to the wagon. Very interesting to build, even had two jigs to assemble the wheel spokes, which were a real pain to get together.
