Here are the models advertised for the UK market in the late 60's (this advert form 1968), and several sets were made with packets of plasticene and one set with paints and brushes (shown in the advert), but during the 70's they were being handled by 'JET PETROL' as gifts with the purchase of fuel and those ones have a little promtional card inserted into the clear poly bag and on each card, the model was described as being taking part in an overall race, so you had to collect all of them to make sense of how the race was proceeding!

Here are some of my Bentley models, in slim box and clear 'JET PETROL' gift packs. The bright red pack is not made by the same company as the green models, it is a copy of the Bentley, from an unknown source, very rare and something I treasure.
A copy of the 'JET PETROL' Bentley, very rare.
'MPC' made loads of soft plastic vehicles as 'give-away' toys for Christmas crackers and cereals etc, here is a 'Blower' Bentley.
