Yes, we know it's a little bit of a contradiction in terms, but here's where you can talk about Norev, Minialuxe, Siku, Polistil, Tomte, Auburn, Sun Rubber or any other ready-made model car that's made of plastic or rubber. Hey, they're still cast in dies!

Yes and get them to describe how to put a fan on a stand together or put speakers on stands and it gets really funny. anything like complicated directions loose something in the translation.

my Japanese Edai Grip Zechin catalogue has a car 'felly' (car ferry) and  Diapet has a Toyota 'Clown' (Crown)!

Ah yes but we all know that the Japanese pronounce letters differently specially when it comes to R's & L's

Husky copies... just look at the Veedubs, and some Lesney's too...

Speaking of Jap pronunciations, got a song from Japanese rockband 'Move' called 'Around the world'. Songs are basically sung in Japanese, and with English phrases thrown in - hence the title.

The girl's pronunciation to 'Around the world is:

"A-wound da waald"

Clearly a wee problem using 'r's
