This is the one in the great book of corgi that Van Clermput owned but has since been sold at auction and if you compare it to the one in the eBay listing they are exactly the same and I've heard that there was 3 made of these cutaway models

One has been sold through QDT

Dr Dinky (bless him) made one of these for me and it's one of my most treasured pieces.

I placed it on the quiz a while back.

I'll certainly be following the ebay link with keen interest.
I don't think it's original though.

The internal workings of this are most excellent and way ahead of it's time.

This one that is being offered on the bay should sell well, it offers a great insight into the models guts. It will make a great display piece be it a genuine Corgi model that they cut in half or simply cut in half by someone its an interesting piece.

How easy would it be to do this? If you got the right tools then easy, if want to destroy a good model not so easy. I may try this.
