I have never heard of a Leyland Terrier.

does it look a bit similar to the Ford TK series?

Re: more corgi 6 years, 2 months ago #666

Yes Theo similar to the Ford light to medium truck range up to 5 ton capacity mainly four wheel configuration.

Question is,why would someone buy so many in the first place? they all appear mint too..

...and only £45, I'd buy them for that.

That comes to about $1.00 each but what is the shipping on that size of an order. Overseas would cost a fortune. If it was local a guy could go pick them up. Would be great for a seller at a toy show or someone who had a boot sale each weekend. Sell them for $5.00 each  and make good money.

Food for thought from James. Could be the residual from a promotional order that someone forgot about and were found when cleaning up. For me it is a bit hard to work out what the decal is on the side of the body to make a thorough identification.

Hi Jim, the decal/label is the standard issue 24 hour crash service, you could be right about someone buying them to use as a giveaway promo

Yes it is only a theory while others have done this sort of thing before with the Matchbox bus for tourists sales.
