Is this a Tri-ang Daimler?

If so, any idea on age (1937 ?), history, how I can get a replacement windscreen, or what it would have looked like new?

I can't tell you, but it is a nice pedal car

You are correct , it is a Lines Brothers Triang Daimler from 1937/38 & it has survived very well, you can see this car on the Triang NL site in the pedal car section. To get an original  screen you would be lucky , you could try UK Pedal cars Or Retro breakers but I would say you would be best to get a metal fabricator to make a new one, good luck & great to see.
