This fun little puppet film explains the making of animated shorts featuring Mecki, a creation of the Paul, Ferdinand and Hermann Diehl. The Diehl brothers produced animation from the late 20s into the 60s. Mecki first appeared in the Diehl's animated short, "The Hare and the Hedgehog".
