Hi my name is Jane Mogford , and I have been the creator of the Award Winning Pipkins Bears since 1998. I live in the UK , staffordshire to be exact, also known as the creative county! I have found that bear creation is a great stress relief and looking into the faces of my sweet little bears brings a smile to my face.
