Toyway bust and now resurrected?

I only knew Toyway since they had bought some of the Timpo Toys forms and were continuing some limited production.  So this announcement made me interested to find out more:

Following the appointment of Graham Wolloff of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton as Administrator, the business and assets of Toyway Limited are available for sale as a going concern. The business import and distribute toys, models and hobbies. Based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire the company was originally founded in 1979 and formed part of the Marmet Group. Toys sold range from pocket money items through to more expensive collectable models. Assets for sale include

  • The goodwill of the business includes trading style, customer database of circa 1000 shops and contacts, telephone number, website together with domain name, e-mail addresses and marketing materials including the 2009 company sales catalogue.

  • Stock in trade with a current wholesale value of approximately £478,000.

  • The assets also include plant, storage racking, manual handling equipment, office furniture and computer systems.

So I called to inquire about the forms and was told that a deal had already completed yesterday.

Toyway had a wide range of products most of which I assumed were bought in.
