I'm in New York for a short while, and FAO Schwarz, the famous toy store, is having a vintage toy exhibition to mark their 150th anniversary. They have display cases dotted throughout the shop with vintage toys on display in them. I snapped a couple of pics...
An assortment of original 1968 Hot Wheels were on display in the diecast section. The models were: Ford J-Car, Custom El Camino, Hot Heap, Custom Barracuda, Custom Eldorado, Custom Camaro and a Custom T-Bird.
Among the other stuff included are these classic Slinky toys...
...and an invaluable original Barbie and Ken from 1960 and 1961.
