2mm scale,9.42 & 7mm gauges

The layout is a model of Hall Quary in Great Yarmouth as  it might have been in the ninteen twenties. 

The tram track is 7mm gauge i.e 3'6'' and the dockside tramway 9.42mm i.e standard gauge, the running rails being code 40 and the inner or check rail code 30.

The road surface is Wickes Patching Plaster. The tram overhead is 0.01 in diameter phosphor broze wire and is live.

All the rolling stock and buldings are scratch built, the stock from brass and nickel and the buildings from plastic.
