I got the blue Corgi M3 on bidorbuy. Got that stripped & primered. I then went for a metallic blue with a coat of clear. I left the original wheels & used the Artlines for the lights. I need to do the grill properly though.

The Rolls Royce I also found on the Bidorbuy. It looked abit nasty when I got it & my wife asked, "Why the heck did you buy this junk" Well I had plans. I got the car stripped & got the old paint off, some primer on. Choosing the colour was abit of a problem. I sprayed silver & wanted a two tone. I then masked the bottom half. I initially was putting a royal blue & then I spotted this olive/bronze colour used on the E46 BMW's, so I went with that colour & finished with clear. I then used the Artline silver forthe grill & tail lights & put the parts back together.

The matchbox ford RS2000 I found on our local site like ebay called bidorbuy. It was basically standard with those paper decals + some chips in the paintwork. I drilled the rivet under & removed the chassis & windows & stuff & threw the shell with some other shells in a bottle of thinners. Once the paint flaked off, I brushed it with steel brush. I then gave it a few coats of grey primer, waited a while & put on the yellow & clear, all with a Badger 150 airbrush. I then polished the body with rally wax & put the parts back together. The yellow I liked as I once saw a real 1 at a drag race was taken by it. I tinted the windows & did the lights & handles with the Artline Silver felt tip pen & lastly the brake lights with the red Artline pen. I wanted to change the wheels, but the older Matchbox wheels were crimped at the axel, so the wheels are not easy to remove. I will try tho & have it looking better.
