TOPIC: Corgi Simca 1000 nr 315 restored

Just finished this one today. There is originally a lining over the length of the model, where the factory applied the decal. The stickers I thought that would suit the model best were not wide enough, so I applied a white sticker first, and the the coloured one. This came out good.

The rear glazing was damaged, replaced that.

Originally this model has small Mini-like hubs with small tyres. I put on 1.5 mm tyres, which suit the model far better. A reprobox finishes it off.

The box is a bit faded, but that will do at present.

Another great recovered model. I like you thinking on the stripe decals for the roof and nice to see you replace must part of the window when the rest of the Window unit is good.

Thanks guys, it is indeed a nice car design. The stickers were actually meant for a Mini.
