I listed my vintage Wooly Willy on ebay, but you would think that there would be more interest in a toy that came out in 1955 and all of us owned!!  Wooly Willy is a classic toy!!!

Do you have any pictures? Where did you list it as I can not find it. All I find in the way of Wooly Willy is magnetic drawing games.

I see the problem, you are in Canada.

WoW, first time I have been accused of having a problem due to the fact I am in Canada. You want to take this outside and settle this like a man. I see no call to call me down this way. Never seen the toy before. Reminds me of etchasketch.

Meet you out back in 10 minutes, just have to finish up this beer. If I am not there in a few minutes start with out me, EH?

Hello what do we have here. Nah not a cross boarder feud, no doubts about it and it is your shout, so come in spinner, heads it is and tails you loose. Goes to show we are all human. Ah just sometimes.

Anyway what a handle and a half: purple patty novak cats. Nope never ever heard of a Wooly Willy either.

Cheers from Australia.

Hi All,

Jim, I think the OP meant that you wouldn't be able to see his item because you're in Canada and he only ships to the US, hence if you search for his item on anything other than eBay.com, you won't be able to find it.

toys we all used to have???

my favorite non-car toy was Knuckle-Bones.

five aluminium sandcasts blops that look like spinebones made by a little kiwi company called FunHo!

I know its more or less off-topic

getting back on-topic... What I often see (to my own annoyance) is a toy I would like to buy but am blocked off because of my location.

Now my second point is... we have a 'Marketplace' where things like eBay can be discussed.

As for this boardgame... never heard of it until this morning.
Wouldn't matter anyway as I'm on an insignificant island in the Pacific.

Well, If the item is only offered in the USA that would be why he said what he said. Like Richard, I don't understand why people limit themselves to only selling in their country when you can sell to the whole planet. My appologies to Bobstoybarn. I though he as saying something about our intelligence.

Nothing derogatory about Canada meant. Some of my favorite comedians are from Canada. Must be something about growing up in -20 degree winters that makes people funny. And you guys have the nice side of the falls (we've got Buffalo). I only block other countries because the shipping is a pain. It costs a ridiculous amount of money, unless I am shipping something that fits in one of those tiny flat rate envelopes.

Well we have to struggle through our winters some how. I am on the west coast and have never been to the falls.

Shipping costs are shipping costs and you put them in the ad. You can also wrap and box up the toy and then tell the eBay program the size and weight of the box and the buyers can get the exact cost of shipping to them with out you having to figure it out for different places around the globe. If it gets too heavy it will cost lots. This Card should go in a thin box like I use, just larger in length and width. If 2mm or less in thickness it goes as light Packet Air Mail from Canada. Not sure about the USA but I can ship that to Canada for $2.00, The USA for $3.00 and the rest of the world for $6.00. Make sure you ad in $1.00 for your handling costs and your covered for exchange rates for world wide shipping. Even $2.00 is fine, just as long as your not gouging like some sellers do and what $40.00 to ship. Some people try to make money on the shipping costs. Not fair in my opinion.

Good luck with your sale.
