Were there ever 50 made??? I know of two or three.
Officially when I joined in 1993 I was enticed for the Morris Minor Van that was doing the rounds twice in a row. But they sent me the AEC Regent instead.
I was a bit disappointed as I didn\'t appreciate the collecting of buses at the time. In the foam box it stayed with its original post package. Only to come out occassionaly for show. But for the most part it doesn\'t see the light of day.
16 years on I finally appreciate the amount of detail shown in this bus.

On the right top deck the remaining months of July-December \'93 are displayed
Four white on black signs display \'Meridian West Leicester\'.

On both sides it says \'826666 Corgi Collector Club `93\'.

Its a beautifully detailed bus, but I have a small qualm about at least one of its designs that I deem unnecessary.

The stairwell to the top deck is closed off. Now for a highly detailed model such as this why did they close it off with the red deck and gazing of the windows?

Corgi took a step backwards with this bus. Damn shame on them.

I have a Corgi Promo Bus for the Collector club somewhere I will have to dig it out. Pretty sure it is Corgi. Jim

Right then, I\'ve updated my Corgi Collectors Club collection by adding a couple more cars to my growing list. As a 10th Anniversary model was added, I\'ll be including a couple of my 50th Anniversary finds.



And now the Corgi 50th Anniversary.

I remember you had to be a member of the Corgi Club to order the 2 Bedford models.

Some sets were at first proposed to the members.
