Been awhile since I looked at this thread had to check to see what I have already contributed. Don't think I have added any new Superkings since last post.

I've got that Peterbilt out in the motor home. Was going to cut it up and use the cab for a 1/50 scale custom, then thought better of it. Someday an idea will come along. Until then, it's on the shelf, waiting for inspiration.

I\'ve been trying to get this set of Team Porsche for the past twenty years orso. Got very close once, but our previous neighbours were stubborn creatures.

I picked up these Peterbilts the other day I dont think the dumper has even been played with. Those Fords look great Rvrevo its funny how they got some of their models really bang on and others like this dumper just look terrible!

The Iveco I,ve posted I think is one they got reasonably correct, they all got those cheap looking plastic wheels and the Peterbilts with those massive fuel tanks either side of the chassis look silly just my thoughts, that said I guess they were just toys when they produced them!

Nice to see some in their boxes still.

I have already posted these before. However the Peterbilt with the red plastic tipper body doesn't really suit the design by the size of the tipper body which sort of makes the truck somewhat out of scale. While the IVICO blend in to scale better. Might be just me of course as I haven't ever seen that type of tipping body on trucks apart from off road quarry trucks.

The refuse or garbage Peterbilts doesn't seem out of place. If the red plastic tipping body was supposed to be one of those slide on slide off bins then I might consider this design by Matchbox. Then again I mighten. Good to have in any collection if one loves trucks.

Those semi tankers look in better condition than mine which has been loved to death sort of thing..

An American trucking manufacture. In 1932 the Fageol Motors Company of Oakland, California nearly folded from the great depression and was forced into bankruptcy after producing high quality trucks for 17 years. The Receivers and with the support from Waukesha Motor Company kept the business going until Theodore Alfred Peterman from Tacoma who was modifying used army surplus trucks into logging trucks bought the firm and then founded the name Peterbilt and the rest of the story is those heavy transports that rumble the highways of the world became the epic of the trucking world.

Just a brief glimpse into the world of trucking.

I put a hook on my Comet tanker awhile ago and also made up a dolly to go behind it. Its taken awhile but I picked up another tanker on its own in good condition to go on the dolly this is the finished product.

That is an impressive big tanker truck. Thanks for showing and your work looks right up to par with the maker of this toy.
