Semis, artics, pickups, vans, road trains - whatever they are and whatever you call them, if they're used to transport stuff, here's where to talk about them.

I thought the old girl looked a bit long in the chassis so I fitted a Matchbox Superking Peterbilt sleeper box and exhausts! Top and bottom exhausts were modified as well!

The bottom pic is the same truck before the mods!

RVREVO, probably for tarps, tie-downs, chains and the such, or maybe he is extravagant and keeps a Cougar in there so folks won't undo the load........... LOL dinkyboy

I thought I,d post a few pics of how I fitted the sleeper box! The front mount is a piece of key steel the end on the rear of the chassis under the box is one of the fuel tank 1/4,s that were chopped  off the Peterbilt chassis! Out othe remaing front chassis and rear bogie I made a dolly for my Superking Comet Peterbilt! In the last pick are the only parts left from the original P/bilt wreck the only thing not in the pick is the front axle thats in my parts box the roof fittings of it are now on a Corgi Ford!

Great work Ronson, that prooves again that spare parts are very important and are always good to keep.

You have got a nice Matchbox pipe truck in the back, are the pipes original?
