The new muscle car offering from GreenLight is street wise and full of surprises.

GreenLight has made an indisputable reputation as a premier manufacture
for accurately scaled and meticulously detailed muscle car die cast
replicas.  Die cast collectors, auto enthusiasts and loyal hobbyist have
solidified GreenLight’s position in the industry by their demand for
quality and appreciation for credible and creative constant releases. 
Fulfilling these die cast demands has GreenLight producing the third
installment of popular and upcoming classic; 1:64 GreenLight(GL)
Muscle. 


Series 3 will be hitting pegs in stores across the globe
August 2011 for an expected HOT welcome.  The cars chosen for the
line-up will include critically acclaimed iconic vehicles,
high-performance contemporary machines and a couple mighty beasts!


1:64 GL Muscle 3 cars will sport factory correct wheels, but
aftermarket extras will be included within each clam shell package. 
Each car will also be accompanied with a unique trading card.  These
trading cards are going to be traditional size so the fill nicely in the
plastic preserving sheets as well as being Gold Stamped with
authenticity and individual serial numbers.

These die-cast replicas will be positioned in their packaging with
opened hoods so you can get a complete view of the accurately detailed
engines.  All materials used are authentic with real rubber tires and
complete metal body and chassis.  Detailed graphics, custom license
plates and official licensing by the respective automobile companies
make each of these cars correct and credible replicas.  Quantities are
limited to 4,000 units each, open to the mass market and hobby accounts
and will be available in August 2011.

I'll definitely be picking up the Charger.

'65 Chevelle with strange paint scheme

I don't think I have seen that paint scheme before but it does look familiar....Torino had something like that paint job once.

Cool, you get shop tools with this series.

Sorta favors the Starsky and Hutch scheme, which was a Torino. Series 3 will come with a set of custom wheels in addition to the factory correct ones already on the car, as did series 1. Series 2 had the shop tools.
