The last phase some folks call it the "SHOW OFF" PHASE.

The project is complete, so enjoy and admire it. Call a friend. Call another collector. Call another modeler. Take pictures. Display it. Trade it. Sell it. Better yet, give it as a gift to someone who appreciates it. Hopefully a youngster.

Then plan the next one..................... CHINESE SIX BEER TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the HELP an PUSH Jim.

HAVING FUN NOW!

                                                                       "OLD BLUE"

The first attempt. It already has a zillion carpet miles, and some outside real natural dirt driving as well. A keeper. Blue's pictures aren't the best. I was just learning about the camera and that "macro thingy"

I love the Foden crane......that is awesome..very nicely done, as are the others. Something just cute about those 6 wheel Fodens, and I agree, any of the Dinky Fodens are just wonderful models. Thanks for sharing!

What a great way of converting and restoring the magnificent Fodens.

Thanks Erwin, I really really liked the project and description of your work.

I have some ideas surfacing, so thanks again

Excellent projects and great pics and descritpions. I like the 6 Wheelers and it is a great concept, too bad Dinky did not make some. The Crane takes the cake for sure in all of these toys. I also not the two tone hubs you do as your own signature, nice touch.

Nobleco, I always wanted a crane, I have a Coles Crane, but needed something new for the back of a 6 wheeler. I finished many many flatbeds w/wo chains.
You caught that touch I had not mentioned. YUP, two tone wheels. It works.
Thanks for the great compliments. All with your help.

I don't often hand out complements but in this case I'd like to add my name to the list of admirers. Dinkyboy, both your modelling skills and your instructional posts are an inspiration and encouragement to us all.

Good on ya' mate!

Dave.

DaveF, WOW. Thanks for those complements. If it helps anyone, then there is real success.

I did fair to good in my English classes, back in the '50s and '60s. Still trying.
Thanks again.
