First of all you must consider that Atlas is a hell of a mess, that their communication is just about the worst any company can have.
Example : I write to Atlas U.K. about the U.K. Dinky collection and the answer is we are not going to do it. Two days later Roulet who is a consultant for Atlas France writes : "the U.K. collection will be launched early in 2013.
About the order in which you receive the models, I suppose that then first send out what they have in stock and then wait to see how many new subscriptions they get before reordering from China. So you will certainly get your models in a completely random sequence. The main thing is that you get all of them. You are lucky because collectors have complained so much with good reason (see Dinky Toys Encyclopaedia) that the quality has improved. The wheels do not fall off any more, the base plates are fitted properly and the length of axles is neither too short or too long now.
As far a the special models are concerned you may or may not receive a warning from Atlas but anyway, I will scan the order form and put it on this site for who will want any of these models. Any way the previous sets will not be re-issued.
Is your Corvair light or dark blue ? 50 dark blue ones have evaporated in thin air. They have been made but nobody knows where they have gone.
According to Gradon, this should be the June issue with cream hubs. This was the 1957 - 1959 issue. Mine with the grey hubs is the 1959 - 1963 issue.
