some of the epoxy is not holding the rubber blocks in place.

Looks like out of the 22 variations Matcbox made of the Y1-1 1925 Allchin Traction Engine. The first two releases in 1956 had straight unpainted strakes rear wheels. From then on, the 18 veriations that followed had angled strakes, either painted or unpainted rear wheels. Looks like there were 8 painted rear wheels either in deep red or bright red, while the rest were unpainted included the smooth non strake wheels.
