Saw ths lovely Husky Set



and was wondering what more should I calculate for the set?  I normally only collect the cars and am quite happy to take loose ones (particularly where the package is not that great).
Since I had no clue I thought of asking what is the upside on these sets and - even more arcane - on dealer packages like the half dozen Dinky ones.
