1930 Ford Woody Wagon "Out Surf'n"
Revell 1:24 scale '30 Ford Woody Street Rod 2'n1 Kit. "Goodguys" Rod and Custom AssociationBuild.
I have not done this as the box art but have chosen my own colors. The wood remained, of course and I chose the Dark panel in the decal set. Yes they are all decals, not painted. Floor of interior rear is also decaled in the darker wood.I chose a leather color for the seats and the same color for the floor of the interior. The dash is detailed and decaled and the steering wheel has the horn picked out. The engine is Ford Blue with LOTS of chrome. The transmission is stock aluminum and the rear end and drive shaft and supporting yoke are flat black. Chrome mags with disk brakes (got the decals on the wrong side, LOL) fill out the ride.
I added a chain to the rear tail gate for support and also radiator stays to the firewall that also act as hood supports. All in all I am happy with this build. A lot different than Aircraft.
