This is one of those great books which serves a dual purpose - not only is it a fantastic read, but it's also hugely informative.
Well-written text traces the history of Aurora's slot cars and describes all the different ranges, and period and new illustrations help keep things lively - while serious collectors will love the model guide. As ever with books like this, the price guide is a little out of date, but as long as you bear this in mind when shopping, the rest of the book more than makes up for it!
